this ep was the result of heavily sampling another track i worked on last year. i pulled out the kalimba and various other instruments from that track and chopped them up/messed with them until i had a layer of ambience to work off of, and a few lead parts to use. the middle came together first and i loved it, so i immediately began to build out the other tracks with that same sort of atmosphere/feeling. the whole ep exists in one project file which helps with overall flow and cohesion, and i’m just really happy with it!
